The Windows utility diskpart can now be used to shrink Virtual Hard Disk (vhdx) files that is used to store Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL). I am putting the list of the instructions below. First make sure all WSL instances are shut down by opening an administrator command window, and typing:

aws cli Unable to connect 127.0.0.1 connection refused
All of sudden I begin to get this error when trying to log in to aws cli. It opens my browser for a confirmation as usual but after visiting the URL, the browser then complains: Unable to connect 127.0.0.1 connection refused
